The terms that apply when a business subscribes to HeadStart AI, and when their callers reach it.
Last updated: August 2026
By creating a HeadStart AI account, or by calling a phone number handled by HeadStart AI on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms.
HeadStart AI is an AI voice agent that answers business phone calls, books appointments, captures caller intent, sends WhatsApp reminders, and hands the subscribing business a structured brief of each call. It is a communications and scheduling tool.
HeadStart AI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The subscribing business (a clinic, law firm, salon, or other business) remains solely responsible for the professional services it provides to its own clients — HeadStart AI only handles the call.
For businesses in healthcare, the voice agent may flag a call as urgent based on keywords the caller uses. This is a best-effort convenience for the business's staff, not an emergency response system. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number directly — do not rely on this service.
If you create a HeadStart AI account for your business, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the conduct of any staff you give access to, and for obtaining any consents required to route your business phone number through our platform.
Billing terms, trial periods, and cancellation policy are as agreed in your specific service plan at signup. Contact us if you need a copy of your plan's terms.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to business account holders in advance where possible.
HeadStart AI retains all rights to its software and platform. Businesses retain full ownership of their own client, appointment, and call data.
HeadStart AI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls, missed appointments, or inaccuracies in an AI-generated call summary — businesses should treat call briefs as an aid, not a substitute for their own judgment.
Either party may terminate a subscription per the terms of the service plan. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy's retention terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@headstartai.in or via WhatsApp.
